Is there a log that captures any calls to a Legacy Web Service. Trying to confirm the external system is failing to call our service at all (if there is an error on their system) or if we are having issues.

Closing Loop: Couldn't find any logs on this issue, but ended up finding the issue was an auth error from the external system calling the web service.
