Recently I have been trying to set up the SharePoint connected system using "Client Credentials" as the authentication method. This is so that we can have an App-Only type access to SharePoint.
Our client is insistent on setting up their SharePoint application is Azure AD as opposed to Azure ACS.
It is my understanding that when setting up in Azure Ad as App-Only, we are not able to generate a client secret and therefore we are not able to use the Appian SharePoint connected system.
Is this correct? and if so, is there a work around to this? Our two requirements are for the SharePoint to be registered in Azure AD, and for the access to be App-Only.
