Sure. The actual implementation depends very much on your use case.
We want to know different ways we can connect Appian to Cloud search like by creating API and so on. If you can help me with all the possible approaches would be really helpful.

Sorry, but "all possible approaches" is not something I can deliver in the time I can spend here.
AWS Cloud search has extensive documentation. I suggest to read that first.
