Where is the best point to start to learn how to expose an Appian Process as a W

Is it true that if your process has CDTs as starting parameters you cannot pass them when you invoke it as a Web Service?
If this is true it is a huge restriction!
Do you now a turnaround for this limitation?

No,you cannot make variables of type CDT as parametric this is one limitation.You can make variables as parametric which are not of type cdt's and then you can re-map it your CDT type varibales.
