Hi, has anyone experienced any issues before where the write to data store nodes start running very slowly.
We are using Appian 6.6.1 and SQL Server 2008 R2.
The nodes in question are not updating a row in the db, just writing a new line. Sometimes they are taking up to 8 seconds to complete.
This has never been an issue before, and there doesn't seem to be anything in the logs to suggest any issues.
Thanks, David.

I suspect your environment may have issue AN-46130 resolved in one of the hotfixes of Appian 6.6.1.
Looking at your build.info it seems this environment is not running the latest hotfix; the lib directory suggests there is at least a hotfix deployed but I am concerned the build.info shows an old date; this suggests the hotfix wasn't deployed properly nor completely.
My suggestion is:
1. Re-save the security (DON'T REPUBLISH) of all data stores in the system by clicking "Security" and then "Save" (no need to change anything)
2. Perform the installation of the latest hotfix for 6.6.1

3. Test again if the performance improves.
4. If the issue is not resolved you may want to revisit whether 4GB is enough for this environment; you should test with 8GB and if the issue persists then start reviewing what plug-in developed in-house may be causing an increase in the heap usage.
