I want to connect with legacy web service using API key instead of generic user id and password
I generated the API key from web API Authentication in admin console also added service account in user groups however it didn't work
Please suggest

I need soap call only along API key authentication as I can't use REST service call
AKAIK, to call Web Service(SOAP) exposed by Appian, you need to send the user name and password in request. API KEY based authentication is not supported. Following link might be useful:
