The api call is working fine in post man but it is failing in appian with below error, there is no issue at the source side as well any suggestion why appian is throwing the below error
[title=Connection timed out, message=The integration execution time exceeded the configured timeout, detail=No details available]

Difficult to say. Can you somehow check that the Appian server actually can reach that API endpoint?
it actually worked fine till yesterday from today it is failing
I assume the issue is somewhere between the Appian server and the API endpoint. Firewalls, proxies etc.
I experienced similar situations in the past where the corporate network team changed something and my connectivity failed.
