I am getting below error when I have changed the wsdl FILE url.
An error occurred while invoking the operation OPRATION_1 for the endpoint ENDPT1 and the service SERVICE1 defined in the WSDL ABC.wsdl
Communication with the remote server failed. Location LOCAT1 Details: Transport error: 404 Error: Not Found (APNX-1-4045-000)

Any help will be much appreciated...!!...

Abhishek....ensure that policy is open from your server to machine, hosting the wsdl file.
Best way to check this is telnet.
