Converting an XML Response to Appian values

You could try using:  XML Parser 

Otherwise, you just parse the XML manually and create your Record Type.

How to do it manually

Here is a quick example:

If the data object is not too large, I use xpathsnippet() to fetch individual values, when mapping to my internal record type.
