Hi,
I am using "Call Web Service" smart service to call a custom web service.
I get the following error:
This Operation is unavailable. The following error occurred during the creation of the message schemas: An error occurred while trying to save the type information to the primary data source. No types have been imported. Cause: The type {http://namespace}Tsks is referenced, but is not defined in the XSD....

Is your primary data source correctly defined? Are you able to create CDT's in Appian directly?

Yes. We are able to create CDTs in Appian directly.

In case of the above issue, is there a issue with the wsdl or should we check at APPIAN end. The WSDL is loading properly on a browser and the works via SOAP UI.

Hi Phanibabu,

It would be great if you provide complete error message and web service details like which service you are consuming such as Appain or java soap etc. and provide the xml or WSDL file if you have.

Hi Phani ,

Please try refreshing the service in the Call web service URL after removing the existing XSD (may be created ealrier with same namespace).
