Calling WEB API from Integration with in Appian

Hi community,

I have a scenario where i need to Send JSON in a paragraph field from Appian interface, Which should call a WEB API, but as we can't call WEB API directly from interface, I'm calling INTERFACE>INTEGRATIONS>WEB API, 

It's not working and I don't see PM is starting which was configured inside a WEB API using a start process for success response or even failure response.

Can someone Suggest me a Better way if we can do this.
