Unable to configure a webservice call in process model using Call Webservice Sma

Unable to configure a webservice call in process model using Call Webservice Smart service.

While confuring, Call webservice --> Data Tab -> Node Inputs
startRequest node input only shows username and password standard fields.
Process model parameters are not shown.

Webservice working fine using SoapUI. Wsdl and sreenshot attached.

Please help.

Login as desginer in your appian application ->Go to System -> Data Management -> Data Management. See the last published CDT's you will able to see the CDT by name "start". Open it,you will able to see 2 fields username and password. Add the fields you want using create field. Then pull a new web service cal lnode, you will able to see the new field in the data tab.
