Unable to configure a webservice call in process model using Call Webservice Sma

Unable to configure a webservice call in process model using Call Webservice Smart service.

While confuring, Call webservice --> Data Tab -> Node Inputs
startRequest node input only shows username and password standard fields.
Process model parameters are not shown.

Webservice working fine using SoapUI. Wsdl and sreenshot attached.

Please help.

Thanks for the reply.

I made the changes and got the new fields on data tab. But i have exposed 2-3 processes as webservices. All of them refer to same CDT "start" because appian generates WSDL for all exposes webservices with same namespace "{appiancorp.com/.../pm}StartProcessIFBinding" and same operation name "start". If I change the "start" CDT other webservice calls are getting affected.
