We are not able to get response from one of the newly added web service Operation. Though we are able to get response from old existing Operation.
Tried with both ways- Using Smart service & SAIL interface.
Error while using Call Web service Smart service
There is a problem with task “Call Web Service” in the process “WBS_test2”. An unknown error prevented completion of the task. An error occurred while creating the operation {
http://tempuri.org/}Test
for the endpoint {
http://tempuri.org/}QSInfo
and the service BasicHttpBinding_IQSInfo defined in the WSDL
webservices.***.com/.../QSInfo.svc
When tried with SAIL interface.
Interface Definition: Expression evaluation error at function 'webservicequery' [line 7]: Error evaluating function 'webservicequery' : The operation [{http://tempuri.org/}Test] is not present in the binding [{http://tempuri.org/}BasicHttpBinding_ICRMInfo]. Available operations in that binding: [{
http://tempuri.org/}se..

Hi Piyush,
Can you try checking if it runs fine via SOAP UI.
If not, then the WSDL needs to be fixed.

Hi Priyaj.. it s working with SOAP UI and also working in another new environment. Issue seems to be with CDT reference which are not being deleted.
I followed following usual steps if any error or connection failed in web service
1. Delete the CDTs related to the Web
Service. Make sure you delete all of
them. Ideally you should sort by
namespace to make sure you delete all
of them.
It is very common for people to miss
one or two making these steps fail
2. Open up the process model, right
click on the Call Web Service Smart
Service - Properties - Setup
3. Temporarily check Authentication
Required and typed something in
username and password and click
Refresh
4. Uncheck the authentication
required option.
5. Finish configuring the smart
service.
6. Save and publish the model
7. Try again.
But still error is same.
I think there is some issue in cache. But not getting idea how to fix in cloud version at our end

Hello Pyusha,
I have the same issue and I read that the second option, as you say, is deleting the cache, you can ask Appian support team to restart the application server to refresh the cache.
I will try this today and I could update you monday morning if it helps.
