Does Appian support SOAP MTOM for transmitting large files via web services?

Hi Edurado,
We have a use case to send and receive Appian document as an attachment in SOAP based webservice using MTOM.
Just want to check if it is available now?

We have recently (in August 2020) tried MTOM in Appian 20.1. This feature still not available in Appian.
