Issue: Invoking model published as web service causes authentication error

Native Appian Authentication
??ERROR com.appiancorp.process.webservices.pmserver.PMServletDelegate - An error occurred while consuming the PM WS for the service: VKRTFS08
com.appiancorp.process.webservices.pmserver.UserVisibleException: This operation requires a username and password
.. Credentials of the sysadmin who saved published the model has been set inside Call Webservice Smart Service -- startRequest > username > password
.. Same error when trying to invoke service from within or from outside this Appian environment (all tests done using a different Appian model as the invoker)
.. Trying out a new model as a service, deleting service & republishing existing model, both cause same error.

...red and restarted. Error persists.
This functionality works good in 2 other environments for the customer.
