we have 2 systems dev1 - which uses url1 to call web servcie node. (both static and dynamic). In the second environment, we have imported the process model. Now this Dev2 uses different end point URL. Is it required to refresh the WS node with the new URL added in the wsdl or the dynamic wsdl take care. We have updated the constant which was used in the dynamic wsdl to have the new URL.

No need to update or refresh the WS node , as far as you are using same WS operation.
Make sure you include all the CDTs in deployment package created by web service.
