I have a process model exposed as a web service in Appian. When a client application calls this service, sometimes it works and creates a process instance. Other times it does not work and the client application receives the message "A SOAP Request node received a SOAP Fault response message but the HTTP Status code was Success (2xx)"

I am not seeing any errors in the Appian logs. Anyone has seen this error before? Appreciate any help

This is now resolved. Turns out the client in some instances was calling Appian web service with wrong credentials. Appreciate your help.
