Need more information.Are you consuming a process model that you exposed as a web service using the "call web service smart service" or is it something else? If it's something else, then there must be something different in the soap message that is sent from the smart service as compared to soap ui. Double check the endpoint and soap message details. Also recommend that you provide the log details.

Hello Sayed, sorry for the late reply and thank you for your help. Apparently, current versions of Appian do not correctly manage wsdl updates and require the server to be restarted. Cheers
