Does anyone know why Appian is not able to parse the following WSDL?

Does anyone know why Appian is not able to parse the following WSDL? 108.168.203.226:9066/.../SRSMainWebService.php We tested the WSDL with: www.soapclient.com/soaptest.html and it appears in order, but Appian is throwing an error: "No Operations found in the selected Endpoint"....

This WSDL uses RPC/encoded style. The RPC/encoded service styles are not supported by the Appian Web Service SmartService. The web service must use RPC/literal or Document/literal encodings instead.
