We are using Appian 7.9. While calling a Web Service from a Process Model, we are getting error related to connection reset. Error details are "An error occurred while invoking the Web Service. Details: Connection reset (APNX-1-4044-000)". Even with a few number of records as response, it gives this error. Is this issue is at Appian end or Web Service end? Please advise. Thanks.

A connection reset indicates the end-point has a connection timeout setting shorter than what it takes to fetch the response. I suggest you contact the end-point to verify what this timeout is or measure it yourself and coordinate the increase of its value if possible or fetch in batches if you can't control this timeout.
