Inoking a web service using WS node and we get empty response all the time. WS call itself is successful and the producer gets the request but the response is empty and no faults. We are in 6.2.

Tried the same WS with SOAPUI tool and we can see the response. Any thoughts?

As a first step in troubleshooting, try saving the inputs you are passing to the WS to process variables, and verify that the values stored in those PVs match your test values in SOAPUI.

Are you mapping the response to a variable that you can test?

If this WS is not being currently used, you can try and delete the CDT that was created as a result of the WS (you may have more than 1) and remap the WS to re-create the CDT's and see if it works.
Also, check your appserver log
