How to handle Web service time out in webservicequery function? Getting below error when we invoke web service.

Expression evaluation error at function 'webservicequery': Error evaluating function 'webservicequery' : The maximum time to establish a connection with the remote server was reached. Location: <<wsdl url >>

Default is 60 seconds. You can adjust it in custom.properties

conf.node.webservice.connection.timeout=

we do not want to adjust default settings to 60 to 120 secs... how we can programmatically control timeout in Appian function?

I don't think you can - we are facing similar issues with timeouts

Right now webservicetimeout is a global setting.

You may create a custom plugin if you cannot make the global setting change.

And, I would suggest requesting an enhancement to be able to control that setting from the rule itself. Similar to other Appian SharePoint connector.
