Can Appian send email using the imap protocol? We want to keep copies of everything sent in the 'Sent Items' folder of a mailbox that has been set up for exchanging emails with external parties. With our current configuration (using SMTP), we could BCC to this special mailbox, but items would end up in the Inbox rather than 'Sent Items.'...
