Hi,
I am using httpwrite function to write a data using web-service and it does work.
My question is, how do i get response returned from web-service?

I'm not aware of a way of getting a response in the situation you refer to - unless you use the out-of-the-box webservice node. You could also use the httppost function which is part the Send HTTP request plugin - forum.appian.com/.../summary - it works in a similar way, but returns a response as you're looking for.
