I'm trying to use Query database smart service and I have configured a data source and Im able to see that, however specifying a query gives me this error (attached) - that cannot call a method on closed connection. I was expecting that it would ask for the credentials. Any insights on this one?

Fiona - I'd recommend that you explore options to access your Teradata data source using web services. If you can expose your data source as a web API, you should be able to easily connect and query with an Appian Integration object.
