Change Appian User Password

Hi,

We want to change the Appian user password and assign a new password explicitly. I think we can do it through Appian Java API by making some custom solution.
But is that even allowed as part of the product?

The API is still available forum.appian.com/.../UserService.html

I wouldn't suggest to use that API though. The Change Password smart service was removed from the product long time ago, thus I did the same with Personalization Utilities - Change Password Expressionable.

The API forum.appian.com/.../UserService.html is not deprecated yet but it looks like it'll be soon and then removed, I wouldn't rely on it and instead using the temporary password approach of the "Reset Password" button.
