An error occurred while parsing the WSDL

I am getting below error when I enter WSDL URL and hit the 'Get Services' button.

An error occurred while parsing the WSDL

1. No error in Application-server log and Server log
2. I tried accessing WSDL URL from Appian Box internet explorer it is accessible from there
3. I tried accessign service URL and calling service operation from SOAP UI its working fine

However existing Web service calls are also using Constant with same URL. And it working fine at run time for existing configured nodes
