An error occurred while parsing the WSDL

I am getting below error when I enter WSDL URL and hit the 'Get Services' button.

An error occurred while parsing the WSDL

1. No error in Application-server log and Server log
2. I tried accessing WSDL URL from Appian Box internet explorer it is accessible from there
3. I tried accessign service URL and calling service operation from SOAP UI its working fine

After enabling
log4j.logger.com.appiancorp.ws=DEBUG property in appian_log4j.properties file i got below errors

2016-11-11 06:16:12,639 [http-/0.0.0.0:80-7] DEBUG com.appiancorp.ws.WSClient - WSDL Parsing (FAILED). WSDL URL: XXXXX/.../service.svc WSDL Access Credentials: null.

Though we do not have any access Credentials for this web service.
