An error occurred while parsing the WSDL

I am getting below error when I enter WSDL URL and hit the 'Get Services' button.

An error occurred while parsing the WSDL

1. No error in Application-server log and Server log
2. I tried accessing WSDL URL from Appian Box internet explorer it is accessible from there
3. I tried accessign service URL and calling service operation from SOAP UI its working fine

This was the issue with the serialization of response object of one of the operation in web service.
Appian technical support provided some additional jar files to enabale detail logging to resolve this issue.
