Sharepoint : How to set customized metadata columns that are created in Sharepoint library in the Path parameter of Appian Sharepoint connector functions

Hi,

Looking for possible ways to set customized metadata columns that are created in Share point library in the Path parameter of Appian Share point connector functions.I need to set these metadata while uploading the documents to Share point as well as while downloading the documents from Share point
Path parameter that i configured while uploading in a!shpCopyDocumentFromAppian connector function .

But not sure how to set up the customized meta data columns like support ID,Document...
