Ways to import users into Appian?

Hi guys,

currently I use the cloud instance with no VPN connection to any AD/LDAP directory.

How can users be imported into cloud instance anyway?
Via DB import/export or any service?

What is the prefered way to choose?

It depends on the requirement and the level of urgency that you need the users to be present in the respective environment.
1. if you would like to have a database copy/reference for each and every user that is present on the environment and you have enough time - you may go for Database work around
2. if this needs to be done ASAP, you may choose the work around suggested by Vasilisg.
