Hi all,

I'm working on a mixed system with embedded SAIL interfaces and trying to accomplish an automatic log in by means of SSO.
The documentation is saying: "To achieve a seamless user experience, use the same external authentication system (i.e., single sign-on) for both the non-Appian web site and the Appian environment."
However I'm getting a "Sign In" link and the user is forced to click on for access Appian's interfaces. Both systems (Appian and non-Appian) use the same IdP.

What may be the cause of this behaviour? Is there any detailed example to follow?

Thanks charanrajkrishnap, we've read and configured the system as explained there but we're not getting any automatic log.

Hi ,

For doing a SSO the hidden sign-in link needs to be hit. you can do the same from your source system .
