How to connect Appian to Dynamics CRM online

Hi all,
I'm not an expert Appian user. I would connect Appian to Dynamics CRM. I used the code that I saw in example in a!dynRetrieveMultiple function. It doesn't work for me. This is the response at the function.
Any suggest?
