I am new to Appian and Confluence, so please be patient with me.
My question is how I could upload documents from Appian, to ensure the frameworks can integrate?
Would this require coding, plugins, or some other type of service?
Is this functionality even possible, or is it not available?
Whatever help I could get or at least send me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.

It looks like Confluence has a comprehensive REST API which is likely to provide the functionality you're after. I say likely because I haven't done through the docs for the exact method you're after.
Appian is very versatile in it's options for integrations so I suggest you start at the beginning, identify what you're trying to achieve and ask questions along the way.

Thank you for your response.
As far as identifying what I'm trying to achieve, I will try to elaborate. We have a wiki in Confluence and there are certain documents that users of our Appian project will upload. I would like for the documents that are uploaded by the user to be pushed into the Confluence wiki.
Thanks again for replying. I will look into the links you've given and I will add more information to help better explain myself if I do not find an answer.
