Document Extraction Setup Appian 20.1

Hi,

I am trying to setup the new Document Extraction feature in the admin console.

I have followed the steps in the documentation found on https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.1/Appian_Administration_Console.html#document-extraction

However, I am still getting an error that reads "Unable to fetch Access Token using Service Account Credentials. Please ensure your Private Key value is correct.". (See attached)

I am wondering if anyone has had this error and knows how to resolve it. Or if you are able to provide me with clearer instructions as how you setup this feature.
