Hi, I am testing Appian RPA and I tried to build a robotic process from the Hello World template, I connected a resource and downloaded the agent. However, when I try to start the process on the resource I don't see it on the list of Robots. I tried to start the robot directly from the console, but it tells me that the resource connected but incompatible.
This is how the resource is configurated:
I tried to start the process both on my local PC and on a Windows 10 virtual machine, same identical result. on both I installed the JDK.
How can I solve this problem, what depends on the incompatibility of the resource with the process...

Hi, Make sure you have added your robot into the robotic pool of the application and RPA Agent is running in your host machine
