How do i compare the two versions of the interface to see what modifications have done by my peers.

You might want to have a look at the Documentation tab, which takes you to docs.appian.com - I just tried a quick search on the phrase "versions" and the first search result took me to exactly what you might be looking for: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.3/Managing_Object_Versions.html
All in all I expect many questions can be answered here with just a cursory search. At least when it comes to general functionality, rules, interfaces etc.
