Want to fetch data from one Db, were isactive=1, and then join it with other other DB. And then to get the info of Idd, Name,Etc

Do you want to fetch the values from two separate databases ? or from two different tables of same database ?
I have to fetch data from Db, were isActive is true / 1 for it and then join that to other DB.
