Can you show the configurations that you are using in the Query Database Smart Service? Are you following the documentation for proper PostgreSQL configuration?

Can you shed some light on your infrastructure (On-Prem vs Cloud)? It seems that the PostgreSQL driver is not being loaded properly
It is on cloud and also I am using trial version.
