Is it possible to make a drop down like the red box in the picture.
From Appian documentation (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.4/), drop-down selection comes down when choosing tab from the blue navigation bar.
By using Appian, how can we make a drop-down menu like the picture?

In general dropdowns are possible:

But not like a site header Dropdown or header/navigation possibility. You are giving the example of a website :)
