I have an editable grid which has time in cells (below) want to display it un-wrapped (in single line like 3:00 AM, 3:30 AM), please help me with it.

You can replace the space with char(160). Notice that this will force a horizontal scroll bar to show up.
To me the best way to handle this (where the use case permits) would be to manually adjust the column sizes and make sure they're likely to be wide enough to fit the whole value.
