Hi,
I have the below below submit condition.
I want to display validation message if isnull condition is true .
The message will be "You must either select Approve or Deny option".
Could someone please help?

Making "submit" conditional will not solve your requirement.
You will need to add validations to the individual fields. On submit these validations will be evaluated and messages show up. Failing validations will prevent the submit.
