In My Generated Text output file, am getting Blank rows in between, but in actual text output file those blank rows were not there.
Can anyone help me with proper code to remove those Blank rows in Text output file.

Please explain. You said that in one file there are empty rows and in the other file there are none. Now you ask for code to remove them ?!?
Where is you text coming from? Where are you writing it to? Which OS do you use? MacOs/Unix and Windows handle line breaks differently.
Text is coming from excel, in script task->output->news custom output-> logic need to written and should be saved in PVvariable of process model, i need to write a logic here. Using Windows

To remove line breaks, you can use substitute(ac!data, char(10), "") and/or substitute(ac!data, char(13), "")
