I am trying to publish it on site, however with any rule input interface can not do it, so i create another one and set the previous one interface as constant, and I have no idea to fill in that parameters.

The code seems to be OK.

Regarding the actual values, it seems weird to store data in constants which you later plan to store to database. If that data should be fetched from DB, you should do that in lines 2 and 3.

then how to create a table constant? So it doesn't have to cast.

I am sure those two constant store in database do exists for that data entities

Sir, thanks, my colleague have a issue for the rule input, he wish return the typeof of any value, but one is return Chinese, another is return English, all difference are by using two different browsers. He wish all set to be English

The type names are returned depending on the language settings in your profile.
