Hi,
I'm new to Appian. I'm trying to explore order fulfillment app.
In the customer's tab, when we click on the customer details we get the related sales order details.
I'm trying to do the same but cannot map in table form.
Could you please guide me through the steps.

Can you provide more information about your current interface? What is your current SAIL expression? What is your data model? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
I have generated interface in view(RecordType). My datamodel has customer and order table details.
I'm unable to generate a sales table from particular customer details.
The orders won't get generated automatically, but it should be pretty easy to create it. I'd suggest editing your interface and adding in a read-only grid. Then, if you select "Order" as the source record type, it should show all the order details.
The one key thing you will want to do is to add a filter to the order table so that it only shows orders for the current customer. I'd suggest looking at the grid tutorial for more information: docs.appian.com/.../Grid_Tutorial.html
Thanks for the reply Peter Lewis
I did the same, but I'm unable get the same customer name orders. I getting all the rows.
Expecting to get this way.
Did you try to add a filter based on the customer ID? What does your expression look like?
No, could you please provide me an example of a working expression?
Can you try following the instructions here: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/21.3/read-only-grid-configuration.html#create-record-filters
That should describe how to add a filter to the grid. In your case you would want your filter to use the order > customerID field and set the value equal to your rule input in this interface that corresponds to the customer ID.
If you're still unsure, can you provide a lot more information - what does your design view look like? What is the full expression for your interface? What have you tried already?
Adding filters solved. Thank you.
