Question

Hi, 
 Does someone know the difference among Service-Backed Record, Process-Backed Record and Entity-Backed Record? 
 and the definition of them. 
 I'll appreciate it if you would like to answer my question.

Entity-backed: the source of the data is a database entity (table or view) i.e. Appian is connecting directly to a database using JDBC 
 Service-backed: the source of the data is a service e.g. a web-service (what lies behind that service could be anything) 
 Process-backed: the source of the data is a set of process instances still present in the Appian server
