if i upload a file and submit to initiate the process model which contains import to database part, then it report "invalid contentID",but the upload file variable is there if check with process instance, then i reclick the button of submit, it goes into database successfully, why it always have such error at first time? Processing memory low?

If you are uploading a file, then you need to store it inside a rule input & pass it into process model. If you dont store the file inside a rule input the error you are getting its expected
I have two "export excel into database" parts, at interface I saved two upload file by local variable, but the first one always success, the second one always report error I report, do you mean it mandatory to saved into rule input value rather than local variable?
If you are using export excel to DB smart service I hope you are doing it by through a process model, or start process. If you are using start process then its fine to store inside local, but if you are using normal process model which submits after button click then you need to store the excel files inside a document type rule input
this are exactly what i did, but first time always fail by it report "invalid contentID" I didn't do anything, reclick it and successfully complete the processmodel, and i always did by processmodel, and the properties value of that excel clearly has the files name in it. Then what is the problem of first time report such error?
