In general, Appian is no high volume data transformation tool.
That said, the most efficient way of doing this kind of things, is by loading the CSV into DB and execute a stored procedure for transformation.
What did you try so far? What failed? What concrete issues do you have?
The access with DB is not handled by our team and we need to do this from appian end please guide me how i can achieve this
About how much data are we talking? Do you plan to do this frequently? Trying to do this in memory could be a risk to the platform stability.

I highly recommend to implement using a stored procedure in the database. Try to get in contact with the database team for support.
to you need the file as document or is extracting data doing the trick?But stefans questions for the amount of that is exactly the important one. Can you describe your overall use case?Why do you want to store this data? Why its coming in this format? whats the purpose of storing (to use when?)
