Im new to appian,
I have a task where was requested to create a new report in Appian which will contain all users requests from a certain country only.
Where should I start? what are the steps to follow.

I'd suggest starting with some of the training on academy.appian.com or some of the tutorials in the documentation: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/latest/Tutorials.html
In general you will need to set up a few parts of your application such as records to establish the data model you want to report on. Then, you can create interfaces that display data in charts or grids and expose the report users through a site.
If you have a more specific question or encounter a scenario you're unsure about, please let us know!
I have all the objects created already. But don't know how to add it to the task page.
Which version of Appian are you using? Your screenshot is showing the legacy application portal which is rarely used any more. In general I recommend using Sites instead of the old apps portal if possible.
